Here's the deal.  I'll create and manage a website for you, and help you understand how to make it work as a marketing tool - all for $850 total cost.

These are not high-end sites.  This is a cost effective way of getting you web searchable and out there for your clients.

What you get.

I'll meet with you to discuss what you want to acheive and the look you want, take any photos we need, design your site of up to 5 pages, secure the url (website name) and hosting for one year, and get you google-able.

You will get 4 free content upgrades a year.  This is changing words, photos and links - this will not include changing layout, colours, or adding extra pages.

Costs:

As above - $850  (or $300 + $45/month on a  2 year contract).

Consecutive year's hosting and url - $300.  Includes up to 4 content upgrades per year.

Additional content upgrades - $50-100 (depending on amount).

Style upgrade/more pages - by negotiation.

Release of URL- $200 (if you want someone else to look after your site).
